This week, with this message, Pastor Vic takes us to the end of chapter 5 and speaks about one of the most abused verses in the Word of God!

We are reminded, as we have heard before, that there is a ‘fluidity of submission’ between men and women; verse 22 of Ephesians 5 is not a verse for husbands to get their wives to obey ungodly commands!

Husbands have a responsibility to love their wives as Christ loved the church; so husbands need to ensure that they are doing their part in all of this!

Remember that the second half of Ephesians is all about what we can do, if we understand grace!

With this message we are back on our Ephesian journey.

Pastor Vic covers Ephesians 5 v 1 – 20 and although these verses may appear to be a list of ‘do’s and don’ts’, we are reminded to consider these verses in context; we are reminded about how we can now live, as born again believers, because of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

We can give thanks for how we now live our lives because of the understanding we have through grace! Amen!

Worship & Identity.

We have two messages this week from a joint effort by two of our Moray Bible School students.

Michelle speaks about the effect of worship on our worldly battles and Lyra encourages us to be secure in our identity in Christ.

NB: The audio of Pastor Vic speaking is taken from our Facebook broadcast.

As a born again believer, have you settled for mediocrity in your walk with the Lord? Are you saved but powerless?

In this message, Nunsy exhorts us to shake off the unbelief of fear and dismay so that we can release the Kingdom of God, which is on the inside of us, into the world!

We need to start fully believing that what God says He has done, He has done!

The Kingdom of God is our inheritance and is inside us so that we can use its power in the same way as Jesus did!
